How to Make these Scrunchie Valentine Cards with Your Cricut
These scrunchie Valentines are so easy to make, and you only need a few items to make them. You will need a printer and you can either use scissors or your cutting machine to cut these. If you do not have a printer, a layered SVG file is also included so you can create these as a layered project. You can download all files at the bottom of this post. You will also need:
Scrunchies!! You can find scrunchies just about anywhere, but if you order online, you can buy them in bulk at a much better price! My daughter’s favorite are these Tie Dye Velvet Scrunchies, these Rabit Bunny Ear Scrunchies and these pink velvet scrunchies.
For this Valentine printable, you will want a decent cardstock. I recommend using this Bright White Cardstock or this diamond print white glitter cardstock. These ballerinas look so pretty printed on this glitter cardstock. Since the white glitter cardstock is so awesome, it’s not always in stock. If this is the case, go with this Printworks white glitter cardstock. If you do find either of these glitter cardstocks in stock, STOCK UP!! I promise, you will LOVE it!
Print Then Cut Your Valentine Cards
Frist, upload the SVG File to Cricut Design Space. Select all of your layers and select Flatten. This SVG is already sized correctly, so no need to resize it.
**Note, if you would like to edit this design first, you can do this by ungrouping the layers first. Once you are done editing it, flatten all of your layers together.
Next, duplicate your layer so that you have 4 of the same layers. You can print 4 of these printable Valentine cards to one sheet of paper. Then, click on “Make It” to print and cut your cards.
All 4 of the designs should be within the black rectangle. If they are not, go back and flatten all 4 images together. Make sure they are close together when you do this. Click “Continue” and follow the prompts to print your Valentine Cards.
Once your image has been printed, place on your cutting mat and follow the prompts for your cricut to cut your Scrunchie Valentine Cards.
Remove your cards from your cutting mat and they are ready to go!
