Learn how to make Cricut Valentines
These little Cricut Valentines look boutique-worthy but come together quickly with just a few folds and some glue. But the best part about them is that you can fill them with delicious chocolate truffles.
Watch the step-by-step tutorial to learn how to make these chocolate Cricut Valentines here:
To Make Push Pop Valentines, You Will Need:
- Medium Weight Cardstock (Black, White, Green, Light Pink & Dark Pink). You can find all the colors you need in this variety pack.
- A good paper craft glue – this Bearly Art craft glue is what I am using.
- Cricut Maker or Explore Cutting Machine and a cutting mat.
- Lindor Chocolates or any other similar size chocolates.

Step 1: Upload Cricut Valentine SVG to Cricut Design Space
Upload the Cricut Valentine SVG to Cricut Design Space. If you need help with uploading SVG files, then check out my tutorial here. Make sure to check the size of your project and adjust if needed. Click on the image (while everything is grouped together) and the width should be 12.953″ and the height 6.898″.

There are no modifications needed to this file, unless you want to change any of the colors. To do this, first click on “ungroup” to ungroup your layers. Once the design is ready to go, click on “Make” and cut everything out.
Step 2: Assemble the Cricut Valentines
These chocolate holders are super easy to assemble. Just glue each layer on top just like you see it in design space or in the picture below. If you prefer to see how I assemble these, then watch the video tutorial here. After everything is glued on, add in the chocolate and glue the tops closed.

Tips for assembling these Cricut Valentines:
- Before gluing anything down, line up the piece and make sure it’s facing the correct direction.
- If you don’t like gluing small pieces, then cut the smaller pieces out with iron on vinyl and attach them with your heat press. Just press on a low heat for around 10 seconds.
- For quicker cutting and assembly, only assemble the front of the chocolate holders. This also leaves room to label the back with names. Just make sure to delete the layers that you don’t need in Cricut Design Space so you don’t cut out pieces you don’t need.
