Poseable Santa Claus Tutorial

Learn how to make a 22″ poseable skeleton with this step-by-step tutorial. This Santa Claus can be made with any cutting machine that is compatible with SVG or DXF files, but I will be using my Cricut to cut everything out.

Upload the Santa Claus SVG to Cricut Design Space

Upload the Santa Claus SVG to Cricut Design Space. If you need help with uploading SVG files,ย then check out my tutorial here. Make sure to check the size of your project and adjust if needed. Click on the image (while everything is grouped together) and the width should be 25.1″ and the height 24.66″.

After resizing your project (if needed), cut all the pieces out with your Cricut.

Assemble Santa Claus

This Santa Claus is super easy to assemble. Start by matching all the pieces together like you see in Cricut Design Space and glue them together.

Then attach each of the pieces together using the brass fasteners (I recommend using white fasteners). If you want to hang the Santa Claus, just glue a string on the back and hang him.
