4th of July Printable for Sparkler Favor

Supplies Needed
To make these 4th of July sparkler favors, I am using:
- This White Diamond Glitter paper, but a medium or heavy weight printable cardstock (my recommendation) will work as well.
- Printer
- Cricut Maker or Explore Cutting Machine and a cutting mat.
- Sparklers and/or Glow Sticks

Step-By-Step Instructions
There are 2 different ways that you can make photo booth props with these templates:
- Use the PDF file to print the 4th of July sparkler templates and cut around them using scissors. You will also need to slice the design to add the sparklers or glow sticks.
- Use the SVG file to use the print then cut method with your Cricut (print them and then the Cricut cuts them for you).
Making Sparkler Favors with Your Cricut
To make 4th of July Sparkler Favors with your Cricut, start by uploading the SVG file to Cricut Design Space. For help with uploading SVG files, check out my tutorial here.
The files are already the correct size, so do not resize the files. If you would like to modify any of the text or colors, make sure to click on “ungroup” to ungroup the layers before you modify them.
After you are done modifying your designs, select everything together and then select “flatten”.
Next, click on “Make” and then “Continue”. Select “Send to Printer”, select how many sheets you want to print and then select “print.”
Once the sheets are printed, add one of the sheets to your cutting mat, just as you see it in the mat preview. Load the mat in your Cricut and press the flashing Cricut button. Your Cricut will first scan the sheet and then cut around the designs.
Note: If your Cricut has issues cutting around the design, make sure that the design is facing the same direction and in the same position as on the mat preview. Also, make sure you are in a well lit area as poorly lit areas can cause the Cricut to not sense the design correctly.
Repeat these steps for sheet that you printed. Once everything is printed and cut, just add your sparklers or glow sticks through the cut outs and they are ready to go!
