Cut Shadow Box Layers with Cricut
Upload the Thanksgiving shadow box SVG to Cricut Design Space. If you need help with uploading SVG files, then check out my tutorial here. Make sure to check the size of your project and adjust if needed. If you are using a 10″x10″ frame, the project size should be 9.55″x9.55″. If using a different size, adjust accordingly. Cut everything out using your Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine.
Note: Make sure to measure the inside of the shadow box because this size is typically smaller than the shadow box size.

Layer Designs on Top of Each Other
To assemble the design, you can either use foam tape, glue or a combination of both. I like mine to be more 3 dimensional so I use foam tape to separate most of the layers. The only layers that I am not using foam tape for is for the frame layer on top and the decorative pieces on the layers.
Lay your foam tape around each edge and place some on the inside as well to keep the inside from sinking in. Then layer the design on top of the next.
First layer the cloud layer on top of the yellow layer. Then layer the orange on top, followed by the green layer. On the green layer, glue the tree pieces on top before layering the next layer.

Next, layer the red layer on top and glue the tree part to the front. Then assemble the brown layer by gluing the pumpkin, turkey and food on top. Then layer this layer on top of the red layer.

Last, glue the orange to the inside of the brown frame and glue these to the front of the shadow box. Then glue the leaves to the front.

Place Layered Thanksgiving Design in Shadow Box
When all your layers are attached, place the layered design inside of the shadow box and decorate your house with it. This Thanksgiving craft is so easy to make, it’s perfect for beginners but still looks like you spent a lot of time on it.
