Step-by-Step Tutorial

Watch the full step-by-step video tutorial to learn how to make these Cricut New Year party favors:

Upload the New Year SVG file to Cricut Design Space. Then ungroup your layers by clicking on “ungroup”. Then, click on your text layer and change the operation from “Basic Cut” to “Pen”.

Next, attach your pen layer to your lips. And repeat this for all 4 lips. You are able to cut 12 of these on a single sheet of 12×12 cardstock, so you can duplicate your layers until you have 12 lips.

Make sure to insert your pen before you start cutting your lips. Once everything is cut out, all you need to do is add a Hershey kiss to the middle of each lip. You can do this using double-sided tape or something similar.
