Step 1: Modify Gift Basket Template in Cricut Design Space
Upload the Cricut gift basket template to Cricut Design Space. For help with uploading SVG files, check out my tutorial here.
Click on “Ungroup” to ungroup all of your layers. You will see 2 layers with cut lines. These will be your score line so change the operation of these lines to score. Then select the score line and the layer underneath and select “Attach” to attach the score line where it will score. And then cut out all of your pieces.
Note: If you are not using a scoring tool then you will delete these lines instead.

Step 2: Attach Side Pieces Together
Line up the 2 large rectangle pieces together, facing the same direction. Glue one layer on top of the other layer using the score line on the tab piece as a guide to line this up.

Step 3: Glue Sides to the Heart Basket Base
Fold all of the tabs at the bottom of your rectangle in. And then fold on the score line on the rectangle the opposite direction of the tab pieces. Add glue to the two tab pieces that are on each side of where you just folded and attach them to the heart base.
Note: The 2 heart pieces are different sizes. Use the larger heart piece as the base.

Continue to add glue to each of the tab pieces and attach them to the heart base. As you glue these down, line them up around the edge. Continue to do this until all the tab pieces are glued down.

Add glue to the other side tab piece and attach the sides together.

Step 4: Glue the Inside Heart Inside the Basket
Glue the other heart piece to the inside of the paper heart basket. This will cover the tabs to give a pretty finish.

Step 5: Add the Handle
Glue the handle to each side of your basket and then fill the basket with goodies.
