How to Make a Bunny Banner with your Cricut
To make this Easter banner, you will need:
- Medium or Heavy Weight Cardstock – If you don’t have cardstock on hand, this variety cardstock pack is a great pack to grab, and it has all the perfect pastels for making this Easter banner.
- Cricut Maker or Explore Cutting Machine and your standard cutting mat.
- Cotton balls or large white craft pom poms.
- Glue – I am using hot glue, but any craft glue will work.
- String, ribbon or yarn for attaching the bunnies to the banner.

Step-by-Step Tutorial
Watch the full step-by-step video tutorial to learn how to make this Easter banner:
Create a new project in Cricut Design Space and then upload the bunny banner SVG file. If you would like to resize the bunnies, then go ahead and resize them while they are all grouped together, making sure to keep them within the cutting dimensions of your paper.
These bunnies are already sized to fit 2 onto a single sheet of 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper and is the size that I am cutting in this tutorial.
Next, duplicate the layers for the number of bunnies you would like to cut. The number will depend on how long you want the banner to be. I am cutting out 10 bunnies for my banner, so I just need to duplicate the group once.

Select “Make It” to cut out your bunnies. Once your bunnies are cut out, glue your cotton balls or white pom poms to the bunny to create a fluffy bunny tail. If you are using cotton balls, you can fluff the cotton ball for a fluffier tail.
And then thread your yarn or string through the holes in the bunny ears and your banner is ready to go!
